DJB completed the £27m acquisition of a 54,205 sq ft property, advising on, drafting and negotiating the development agreement for its transformation into 158 apartments for a local authority development company.
DJB acted for Exeter Science Park in connection with the nancing, planning and development of several new science and engineering buildings. The projects have involved partnerships with private companies, the University of Exeter and other public bodies and have secured signi cant inward investment into the South West economy, while enhancing the offering of the Park.
DJB drafted and advised on the overarching agreement between The Royal Parks and Transport for London regulating the £900m London Cycle Superhighway infrastructure project. This included ensuring the preservation of iconic open spaces including St James’s Park and Hyde Park.

DJB acted for Chichester Borough Council on a collaborative three-year Development Agreement with Countryside Properties (UK) Limited with the aim of assembling land, obtaining planning permission and starting construction of a high-quality, sustainable, residential-led development.
