Career: Joined DJB in 2016 following a career at CMS Cameron McKenna. Andrew specialises in health care.
Career Highlights:
• Acquisition, sale, leaseback and management of a portfolio of approximately 110 care homes for a private healthcare business
• Acting for the tenant in the letting of 80,000sqft of of ces including the surrender and re-grant of leases and substantial rebuilding by the landlord
• Led a team on the sale of a privately-owned motor dealership, including circa 45 properties
JAN PUVI

Career: Joined DJB in 2017 following a career at Gowling WLG. Jan is a property litigation specialist.
Career Highlights:
• Advising retail tenants such as Tesco and Debenhams on contentious issues pursuant to covenants in lease
• Pursuing an enfranchisement claim on large residential developments at Dolphin Square in London
• Contested and uncontested lease renewals
MICHAEL WEAR

• Acquisition and sale of farms and other heritage property
• Determination of and grant of farm business tenancies for local authorities and other public sector bodies in order to improve the return on their agricultural estate or achieve other environmental bene ts
• Advised Natural England in relation to ensuring that Single Payment Entitlements are transferred to them on the termination of its grazing agreements of which it has over 100 in place
TIM SYLVESTER-JONES
PQE: 45 years
Career: Founding member of DJB, formerly at Government Property Lawyers and Treasury Solicitor’s Department. Tim specialises in land law relating to Crown property.

• First registration of 10 Downing Street and sites in Whitehall for the Cabinet Of ce
• Property work in relation to the London 2012 Olympic Events for the Royal Parks
