• Licenses for works, encroachments and retained works for The Royal Parks
• Property work on behalf of the Highways England and a number of local authorities
• Voluntary Registration work and related projects for Natural England, the Environment Agency and others
EMMA GORMLEY

Career: Joined DJB in 2015 following a career at Eversheds Sutherland and in-house at The Co-operative Group. Emma has specialist retail experience.
Career Highlights:
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of bespoke documentation in respect of new leases, assignments, underlettings, lease variations and consents for The Co-operative Group Limited and their tenants
• Negotiating complex renewals requiring novel and retrospective consents, deeds of variation as well as leases in need of substantial modernisation or developments requiring new precedent leases across the food retail, funeral, travel and estates portfolios
