FORMER ARMY MEDICAL COLLEGE, MILLBANK
DJB was instructed by the Ministry of Defence to assist in the multi-million pound sale of the former army medical college on Millbank. The successful purchaser was the Chelsea College of Art.
OLD ADMIRALTY BUILDING
DJB was instructed by Department for Education to advise on the relocation of their head of ces from their leased premises at the Old Admiralty Building on Horseguard’s Parade, London, resulting in an annual saving of more than £8.5million for the taxpayer.
