DJB acted on behalf of London Borough of Bromley in relation to the proposed leasing of the site to the Zhong Rong International Group, negotiating and settling heads of terms between the two parties.
FIRST ISSUE OF A SOVEREIGN SUKUK
DJB was instructed by HM Treasury to work as part of the legal team charged with creating the UK’s rst sovereign Sukuk, a project which cemented Britain’s position as the Western hub for Islamic nance.
