PLYMOUTH CITY AIRPORT
DJB advised Plymouth City Council on a multi-million pound project to deliver a number of infrastructure improvements around the airport, including highways work, to enable the extension of the main runway.
LONDON CYCLE SUPERHIGHWAY
DJB advised the Royal Parks on the Overarching Agreement that regulated the construction of the London Cycle Superhighway to ensure preservation of some of London’s most iconic open spaces including St James’ Park, Hyde Park and Constitution Hill.
LITHUANIAN EMBASSY
DJB undertook the sale of the former Embassy premises for the Republic of Lithuania, securing the sale at 50% over the top estimate.
