Carlie Cook ’14 is a junior at the University of Nebraska Omaha majoring in civil engineering. Carlie led her Division I soccer team in goals this past season and won a Player of the Week award in the Summit League. She is also a member of Chi Omega sorority.
Karis D’Alessandro ’15 was named to the fall 2016 Dean’s List of the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.

Giving Back: While in Tulsa visiting his parents, Luis E. Reinoso ’85 spoke to Dr. VanLandingham’s AP Government class about his job. Reinoso is an American diplomat stationed in Vienna,Austria, and was formerly stationed in Nigeria. Reinoso was in the U.S. Navy for 20 years and did contract work before working for the U.S. Department of State. Photo taken in Dr. VanLandingham’s classroom.

Cody Lambert ’14 (center) and two other wrestlers from the United States Naval Academy were selected out of the entire Brigade to join ranks with a group of 90 Midshipmen to march in the 58th Presidential Inauguration Parade.
While attending the christening ceremony last February in Mobile,Alabama for the new naval ship, the USS-Tulsa, 6th grader Lilly Kneafsey and her parents were able to visit with Mayor G.T. Bynum ’96. Former mayor, Kathy Taylor, is the ship’s sponsor. Lilly was interviewed by Channel 8 and quoted in their report.
