Broken Fences
By Michael Crawford
There’s something we must do,
to fix our broken fences Filled up my tank last night,
We need to get thru, all our crazy, defenses lowered my tan rag top
So many times, we both said too much We both expectations,
Feeling so tired, can’t seem to find the clutch we know what must be done
Driving on a long straight road,
Got in my fast car, decided to drive so fast seems likes a thousand miles
My gas gage in the empty, nearly didn’t last Oh, I missed you kiss last night,
I put on some country, love to see you smile
to help sooth my aching heart
I want to hear your voice again, Broken Fences
we can’t stay apart……we can’t stay apart We lost all our senses
We know, the consequences
Broken Fences Just too many expenses … yea, yea, yea
We lost all our senses
We know, the consequences There’s something we must do,
Just too many expenses… yea, yea, yea to fix our broken fences
We need to get thru, all our crazy, defenses
We need to keep talking, So many times, we both said too much
and end the crazy games Let’s go have a date tonight,
We can stop talking bad, call and keep in touch
drop all the crazy names
You said to relax, be so easy, Broken Fences
you know what’s best We lost all our senses
You drove from the east, to live in the west We know, there’s consequences
Just too many expenses … yea, yea, yea
You wore some cool glasses,
with crazy looking frames Broken Fences
You wanted to find change, We lost all our senses
cause nothing stays the same Drop our crazy defenses
I brought you flowers, yellow, pink and red Stop and think, let it go……
You read your note last night, I remembered just fix both our fences
what you said, I remembered what you said Forget the past, come on back,
time to fix our fences
Broken Fences Forget the past, come on back
We lost all our senses
We know, the consequences To listen follow this link...
