The Warriors (7-1) were handed their first loss of the season but goalie Amanda Hendry did her best to keep
Wilton in the game with several outstanding saves.
Lakeland grabbed a 2-0 lead in the first half but was held off the
scoreboard in the second half, thanks to Hendry.
Meg Cunningham scored Wilton’s lone goal unassisted.
