iRAD Software Application – Training Manual

                       2.  Based on the information collected using field application a trigger should
                          be  sent  to  the  stakeholder  Departments  to  populate  detailed  information

                          based on the evidence provided by first responders and public (citizens) in

                          the  field  app  and  their  own  investigation.  These  data  should  be  directly
                          linked to respective aggregate databases such as ICJS, Vahan, Sarathi,

                          HMIS, NHA, Road databases, etc. Stakeholder Department that collects the
                          detailed accident data may differ across States based on respective State’s

                          ongoing practices. However, with iRAD, the detailed data collected will be
                          uniform across India. This software app should be a progressive web app

                          (PWA) so that it is device and platform-independent.

                       3.  A dashboard based on the data collected should be available for various
                          authorities  to  view  the  performances.  This  will  be  used  by  jurisdictional

                          officers  to  generate  various  reports,  perform  queries  and  some  basic
                          analytics  to  take  actions  in  their  jurisdiction  to  reduce  accidents.  This

                          dashboard should be a progressive web app (PWA) so that it is device and

                          platform-independent.
