4. Once the ID is generated, intimation to Police is given from the health Module.
This marks as the stage of horizontal integration between health and police

Modules when health Department acts as a first responder.
5. In parallel, Police officials would have registered the accident in the application

and generated an Accident ID. Now, the intimated patient ID is mapped to the
respective Accident ID in the Police Module by the Police officials.
6. Upon successful mapping of patients with the accidents the mapping, reports of

the patient such as DD, PM, Discharge certificate etc., will be requested by the
Police officials to the health Module on a need basis.

7. Once the requests are received in the health Module, the reports will be generated
for the requested patient and shared with the police.
