MANAGEMENT
Young as you are, you already face some stressful
situations which you often think are not managea-
ble. In not more than 10 sentences, write down
some common signs of stress you are experiencing
and things you do to cope with stress. Be specific
with examples.
The year 2020 has brought us to challenging yet valuable
times of our lives. It is a year that measures our strength,
faith and hope despite stressful situations in every single
day. Lately, I’ve been feeling drained and pessimistic in life.
I am afraid that I didn’t do well in some subjects especially
in the Midterms Examination, thinking that I am an honor
student, I tend to pressure myself. I’ve been overthinking
and crying at night worrying that I can’t do it. Luckily, I
have my parents who told me not to pressure myself and
just do the best I can. Seeing my family at home with their
smiles on their faces put me at ease and help me to cope
with my problems. There were also times that I felt empty
and unhappy without any reason. I always seek for God’s
love and guidance to show me the brighter side of life. With
him, I know that I am safe and I will succeed in life be-
cause those challenges and failures I’ve encountered will
be my greatest strength.
