On  the  18   day  of  November,  a  webinar  entitled  “TIME  MANAGEMENT:
                                th
            WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER” was conducted by chosen students from Bache-

            lor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Manage-

            ment- Block 3102. It is an online lecture for freshmen students from Bachelor

            of  Science  in Accountancy-  Block 1110  at 2:00-3:00  in  the  afternoon  through

            Google Meet. This webinar highlighted the importance of time management to
            an individual, the possible ways to overcome notorious time procrastination,

            setting utmost priorities for their reach, the steps to overcome the barriers to

            effective time management as well as the cause and ways to overcome pro-
            crastination. During these times where online classes are implemented, time

            management is a significant skill. Students as well as teachers and workers

                   are  challenged  to  complete  various  activities  online  especially  on  the

                   mode of submission.







                    To formally open the webinar, the host of the day, Ms. Krischelle Cama-
            rillas, welcomed all the participants and a prayer headed by Ms. Zareen Cas-

            tillo was offered for them. After this, the participants are reminded to mute

            their microphone while speakers are sharing their prepared lectures. They
            are also encouraged to engage with the speakers in webinar through asking

            questions and sharing knowledge and experiences to the speakers. Addition-

            ally, an ice breaker prepared by Ms. Zsyka Parsaso helped to enlighten the

            participants about the terms that will be tackled such as to do

            list, deadline, procrastination, manage distractions and priori-
            tization of tasks. Participants are also given rewards for instil-

            ling active participation throughout the webinar.
