In spite of that, good time management can lead the students to various
advantages. This was discussed by Ms. Kimberly Garcia. The first advantage is

less procrastination. Higher levels of productivity can be attained when prac-

ticing good management skills. When individuals use their time efficiently, they

are more productive in a way that they finish more tasks assigned to them. Al-

so, less stress can be experienced especially when giving ample time to ac-

complish different tasks. Likewise, good time managers have more energy and

can make things easier and simpler. Managing time is not that easy but when
practiced efficiently, every individual can live their life effectively, efficiently

and productively. Upon ending the presentation, the participants were able to ac-

quire knowledge regarding the importance of time management, advantages of ef-

fective time management as well as disadvantages of poor time management, ideas

on applying effective planning and utilization of time and working with priorities.

Furthermore, the last two speakers shared their knowledge regarding strat-

egies on how to set an effective time management and possible ways to adminis-

ter these skills. They are Ms. Angelica Velasquez and Ms. Angelica Rubia. Both
speakers are recognized as Dean’s Lister. They are currently in 3 year college
                                                                                               rd
taking Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource

Management. Ms. Angelica Rubia conducted a simple activity to determine the

time frame when participants are productive. There are specific questions pre-
sented on the screen and given ample time to think. After that, the participants

proceeded to reflection time and were asked to share their experience. In addition,

Ms. Angelica Rubia shared a trivia regarding study time. As she had mentioned,

people studying at day time have more energy to absorb new information, keep
alerted and are able to contact other people. On the other hand, night time study-

ing stimulates creativity and improves memory with fewer distractions. She also

added that regardless of the time in studying, when an individ-

ual knows how to manage their time efficiently, it will allow

           them to be more productive.
