The flooding has an average of 6 occurances in one year, a good rainy year will have a
not nore than 7 occurences. The design approaches employed then amount to a
stratergized resolution that will be emphibeous. This resolution will only be seen in a
bigger picture as a dynamic approach since it will accessible by the public on normal
days and will help chanel the flooding on flooding ays, which are way less than normal
days.
The site can make a solid recreational space in such way that it does not segment the
public space usage but rather enhance it for the better accessibility and movemrnt.
