Start Date: February 24, 2001 My favourite memory was working on the unit

7ccn Cardiac & Vascular Surgery – each morning

I would walk down the halls to get to the station

being greeted by my colleagues” good morning”

how are you…. and no matter how busy it was

we were always were able to ask about each

other about their families, children, interests,

how they were doing etc.. and we got to know

each other on a personal basis. It was very nice

to be apart of a work family that provided

excellent care for their patients and staff. The

true key in working together was the real co-

operation, respect and care for each other. This

also reflected in the compassionate care,

kindness and medial expertise that we provided

to our patients as a result of a solid working

environment.

I made solid friendships that will last a lifetime

while also making a difference and providing

compassionate care to our Cardiac Patients.
