We had a dept wide staff meeting about 21 years
Start Date: August 28, 1981
ago where the topic was current staffing situation.

A few staff spoke up to say that they appreciated

how hard I worked on filling empty shifts & that I

was very encouraging & persuasive with my

approach. They continued to show their

appreciation by means of a standing ovation. I felt

so appreciated & supported that I couldn’t hold

back the tears.

Each & every day, I continue to show my

appreciation of them by doing ALL I CAN, because

“I CARE”.

In the past, before COVID, I would plan social

events to show my appreciation of them & to allow

everyone to have fun & remember that “WE’RE

ALL FAMILY HERE” & care about each other!

For many years I’ve volunteered with the

Foundation for fundraising events to “give back” &

have fun.

I love my job & the family here! That’s what’s kept
me here for so long.
