INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
BBQ Beef with Orecchiette Prepare the BBQ Beef with
2 pounds ground beef Orecchiette
1 tablespoon olive oil In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat
olive oil. Add onion; sauté for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Add crushed garlic;
1 medium onion, diced continue to sauté for three minutes,
stirring occasionally.

Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard,
1 can Tomato Sauce chili powder, Worcestershire sauce,
vinegar, and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add ground beef, breaking it into small
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, pieces. Stir until beef separates, becomes
packed
crumbly, and is completely incorporated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard into the sauce.
1 and 1/2 to 2 teaspoons chili Press mixture down to ensure all the
powder meat is cooking through. Cook for a few
minutes; stir. Repeat every few minutes
for 15-20 minutes, until beef is completely
sauce cooked.
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Toss beef with prepared pasta.
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
12 ounces orecchiette pasta or
pasta of choice, prepared according
to package directions
