                INGREDIENTS                              DIRECTIONS

                Pasta Primavera                          Prepare the Pasta Primavera
                3 tablespoons oil                        Sauté peppers until limp.

                                                         Combine seasonings and spices with
                1 yellow pepper, chopped                 vegetables. Add pasta and mix well.
                1  pound  snowpeas,  blanched  and
                drained                                  Over   low   heat,   reheat   until
                                                         thoroughly warm.
                3 cups peas, cooked or canned and
                drained
                grated rind of 2 lemons
                dash of white pepper
                3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
                1 tablespoon vinegar
                3 to 4 scallions, thinly sliced
                2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
                1  package  wide  noodles,  such  as
                Wide  Egg  Noodles,  cooked  and
                drained
