                INGREDIENTS                           DIRECTIONS
                Steak                                 Prepare  the  Steak  with  Onion
                  6 to 8 rib or club steaks           and Portobello Mushrooms
                  1/2 package onion soup mix          Place steaks in a large roasting pan.

                1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
                1/4 cup balsamic vinegar or
                other white wine                      Top  steaks  with  mushrooms  and
                                                      onions, then pour the sauce over it.
                1 teaspoon sugar

                salt, to taste                        Cover;   bake    at   250  degrees
                  pepper, to taste                    Fahrenheit for one more hour.
                  1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
