INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
Pepper Steak Make the Pepper Steak
3 tablespoons oil Preheat oil in large skillet or wok.
Slice meat thinly to one-inch
1 piece of lean meat, london pieces. Fry in hot oil for three
broil or shoulder minutes.
Add sliced onion and pepper and
1 green pepper, sliced fry for two minutes. Remove from
pan.
1 large onion, sliced Rinse pan in hot water.
Replace meat into dry pan or wok.
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce
and add sugar. Pour over meat.
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
Cook over high heat for an
additional three minutes. Combine
1/2 teaspoon sugar with fried vegetables.
