                 INGREDIENTS                          DIRECTIONS

                 Pepper Steak                         Make the Pepper Steak

                 3 tablespoons oil                    Preheat oil in large skillet or wok.
                                                      Slice  meat  thinly  to  one-inch
                 1 piece of lean meat, london         pieces.  Fry  in  hot  oil  for  three

                                                      Dissolve  cornstarch  in  soy  sauce
                                                      and add sugar. Pour over meat.
                 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
                                                      Cook  over  high  heat  for  an
                                                      additional three minutes. Combine
                 1/2 teaspoon sugar                   with fried vegetables.
