Rice
1 and 1/2 cups raw brown rice
1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken Combine rice, raw chicken, vegetables,
breast, cut into small pieces and seasonings in the Crock-Pot insert.
1 red pepper, diced
1 package frozen edamame Pour chicken broth or water over all
ingredients in your Crock-Pot insert
and set to high. Cook for two hours,
1 package shredded purple cabbage
1 onion, diced stirring occasionally.
1/4 cup chopped cashews
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cubes Frozen Garlic
1 cube Frozen Ginger
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
a generous amount of salt
pepper, to taste
4 cups broth or water
