There is limited experience with other drugs such as cyclosporine,
cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, mycophenolate mofetil, or
leflunomide, although some positive clinical results have been
reported. Splenectomy may help when other forms of therapy have
failed. IVIG therapy may also be beneficial.
