A NUMBER OF OTHER SHOEING SYSTEMS ARE USED
These are often used with impression materials and a pad to provide support:
• A variety of clogs and impression material. These shoes ease lateral and medial
breakover as well as breakover at the toe. They are seated-out to protect the pedal bone
and can be attached with screws and glue.
• Aluminium shoes, including the P4 laminitic shoe.
