Marketability and relevancy is a top priority for anyone in the senior living • 2,850 sf - Renovation
market. That’s why HumanGood partnered with Horst to evaluate and develop • Cottage upgrades included
a plan to modernize cottages that were built in the 1960’s. The project included high-end cabinetry, granite

There were no existing drawings to work from during design or construction.
Our team had to execute design-build “on the fly” applying creative solutions
during construction. The team developed a plan to correct the challenges of
working within a 1960’s structure that was out of plumb and not level.
This project was completed while the community was owned by Presby’s Inspired Life.
HumanGood merged with Presby’s Inspired Life in 2020.
