We usually have dinner in this restaurant

The following time expressions are also used with Present Simple to talk about habitual
actions: in the morning (before 12: am), in the afternoon (until 18: pm), in the evening (up to
                  18:00 pm), at night

                  PRESENT CONTINUOUS: Uses

                             • To talk about actions happening at the present moment and the action is not
finished yet: John is watching TV; They are reading

                  PRESENT CONTINUOUS: Structure

We use the verb To Be in present with the gerund to form this tense.

                         I am studying

                         I am Reading

To form the gerund, we add –ing to the main verb.

                         Sometimes spelling changes are produced:

Verbs ending in consonant +-e, we erase the –e: have-having

                         Verbs ending in consonant + vowel + consonant, we repeat the last letter: run-running;
                  sit-sitting

                  PRESENT CONTINUOUS: Forms

                  Interrogative:

To form questions subject and verb are inverted.

Tom is cooking- Is Tom cooking?

Short answers: yes, he is; no, he isn´t

We can use: who/what/when/where y why

                  She is eating an ice-cream

                  What is she eating?
