I wish to

contribute to strengthening
the collective voice of our small team in Manila.
I intend to effectively communicate about the latest BCG pro-
grams on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our staff.

Aside from this, I intend to enhance our lines of communication
with the office leadership, through regular team meetings
and one-on-one catch-up sessions. I look forward to working
