My MBTI results--it surprised me with brand new information about myself and

how I can leverage it to perform even better as a leader. At the same time, hear-
ing the MBTI results of my peers gave me an insight into their personality traits

What is one leadership commitment you’ve set for yourself?

As my leadership commitment, I have decided to identify a peer and engage him/
her for an accountability check. It is to ensure that I maximize the potential of
