I’m still learning to adapt to styles that are different from mine and BCG way of
working.

How would you describe your BLF learning experience?
Very interesting although I have a problem with my English lan-
guage, sometimes I should be check with “google translation” ha-
haha… Also, I’m very appreciate with Belinda (our trainer), she is
very good to explain the material of training.
What was your biggest takeaway/ “AHA” moment?
The session was we play “common situations”, the point
“Facts”, “Emotions”, “Needs”. I think, this is very important
not only in our scope of job but for outside our job.
What is one leadership commitment you’ve set for yourself?
Hmm…I will be a better listener.
