Throwback to BST L&D Launch in February (I)
What an amazing start to 2021 with 110 BSTers across all 6 SEA offices who joined
our BST L&D Launch Event!
Asheesh Sastry, our People Chair had
two key messages to us:
-PRIDE in what we have achieved in
2020, in the midst of challenges and
uncertainty
-CONFIDENCE in what we will accom-
plish together in 2021
At our launch, we unveiled an all-new approach to learning and played the
Growth Mindset game together. SEA, together with six other pioneering sys-
tems across BCG, developed BST Basecamp, a gamified learning app just for
BSTers.
Look at the intense concentration on our faces as we played the Growth Mindset
game!
