From the President
Brian Smith
Greetings,
Spring is almost here and I am sure we
are all ready for some warm temperatures Table of
and for the snow to be gone for good!
The board members have been meeting
on Zoom and continuing to plan the 2022
IPMA Conference. Based on feedback
from the attendees, we have decided
to host the 2022 conference at the FFA
Enrichment Center again. This new
location has allowed us to save money,
partner with new food caterers and
experience different restaurants and hotels
in the Ankeny area. 5 The Names of Things
We are excited to announce some
speakers that we have lined up for 8 Impact Awards to Women in Pest
this year’s conference. They include Control
Dan Gordon (PCO Bookkeepers), Pete 9 A Visit to the Land of Lost Customers
Schopen (Schopen Pest Solutions) Jody
Green (University of Nebraska) and 10 Social Media notes
John Murphy (Liphatech). If you are a
manager or owner, I highly recommend 11 IPMA Scholarship
attending Thursday’s sessions, as those
presentations will be very beneficial to
you.
I hope you all have a great start to the
2022 year!
