 Having regular 1-2-1s with your manager is integral for your personal growth.
Work is already underway as part of the leadership essential courses being run throughout the business by the L&D Team. These focus on how you are supported in your role, including the introduction of a new 1-2-1 process to enable meaningful conversations and to assist you in your personal growth
and development.
Competency frameworks are also currently under review across the business to support and encourage you to succeed and progress in your role.
