Performance Recognition
My line manager is very supportive and is always clear on what needs to be achieved. Also, they are a good communicator in times of success and failure.
Higher management doesn’t get too involved in our day-to-day duties. I feel they should sometimes say a thank you for all the work we do. I don’t come to work to be thanked BUT sometimes it’s nice once in a while!
Personal Growth
I feel I own and drive my own development and this is supported by my manager
and my mentor, I feel I have the tools to develop and grow within the business and feel valued.
I have general meetings but there’s no means of tracking my objectives or having a performance review and as a result, there’s no way of getting the “at manager’s discretion” bonus.
