context, are scoring high positives for explaining the rationale, inspiring and giving confidence in the future success of the business.

86% of team leaders and managers feel empowered to manage effectively. While, overall, they feel they have the tools
and feel supported, the comments allude that this is not without its challenges.

90% agreed that their manager encourages open conversation. In the comments, colleagues praised their team leaders and managers
for their ongoing support. Negatives indicated the amount of time managers lose due to dealing with systems and processes.

53% understand our ambitions for the future. 33% of colleagues are seriously considering leaving in the near future.
Comments convey that our colleagues enjoy working here, but they don’t have the financial security they want.
