Vital Points

           M) Kneecap: A snap front or side kick to the kneecap will drop him.
           N) Shin: Perfect self-defence target, as the pain is intense, but will not kill.
           O) Centre of foot: The bones are small and easily broken when stamped on. Also
there is a nerve point located in the centre of the foot and stamping on this will
             incapacitate your assailant.
           P) Liver: Located just under the lower ribcage on the right-hand side. The pain is
intense and similar in severity to a kick to the groin. Knockout point.

           3) Kidneys: Will cause pain and nausea. A
             good weakener.
           4) Coccyx: Base of the spine. Will
             incapacitate your assailant as all
             movement comes from the spine.
           5) Base of calf muscle: Will cause intense
muscle spasms and pain. A good target
to unload on because it isn’t lethal.
