The Hot and Cold laboratory is situated at the CHSI building (Old Building of the
College). This is intended for the culinary subjects of BSHM students like Kitchen
Essentials with Food Preparation and Food Preservation. This was also utilized by the
BTLE students during their cooking laboratories. This is fully equipped with the needed
laboratory equipment and materials. Also, this room have its wide area for other kinds of
activities because of the complete cooking materials. The 5 C’s extension training,
herbal soap making and the likes requires the equipment and utensils present in the
said laboratory to make it possible, so it was utilized.
Materials needed for the
preparation of 5C’s :
Mixing bowls, grater,
measuring cups &
spoon, baking pan &
sheet, spatula, steamer,
dough cutter, etc.
