Asian and Western Cuisine Laboratory
The laboratory is adjacent to the Restobar. This is intended for the international
cuisines laboratory. It is also equipped with the equipment such as Fridge, refrigerator,
oven, electric pasta cutter and the utensils and materials. This room is also equipped
with a clean and wide kitchen area where functional water pipes, 3 kitchen sink needed
for the different laboratories. There is also an area for demonstration and lecture. For
the convenience of the laboratory, it was being utilized during the Extension training on
Meat Processing in partnership with the SARANAY Cooperative.
During the training, completed materials and equipment were used such as
refrigerator, gas range, fridge, mixing bowls, weighing scales, measuring cup and
spoon, ramekins, frost bowls, and raw materials.
