C.1 Internship

The internship or the On-the-Jon training of the BSHRM students is every third

term on their third year and second term on their fourth year. The first internship is local
On-the-Job training equivalent to 420 hours while the second internship is

national/international On –the-job training equivalent to 720 hours. The second Internship

is one of the requirements for graduation therefore all subjects in the curriculum is taken
by the student. (Reference: BSHRM Curriculum)

Guidelines for the internship
1. Student should undergo evaluation.

2. The student should have no other subjects enrolled except for the Practicum
subject

3. The student should undergo initial interview by the OJT Coordinator

4. The Student should pass all the required documents before deployment
Pertinent documents required (This is required by the partner agency as well)

1. Curriculum vitae
2. NBI clearance/Police/Barangay clearance

3. Medical certificate
4. With notarized waiver

5. Endorsement letter by the OJT Coordinator
