Make notices based on these situations!
1. Your theatre club is going to hold a drama performance.
2. Your school is going to hold a fl ag ceremony for commemorating Youth Pledge Day.
3. Your school is going to hold a music performance from the students.
4. All students in your school are going to take a fi nal examination next week. Ask the students to
prepare.
5. Your school is going to hold English Day every Tuesday starting next week.
Note: Remember to write the agenda, date, time, place, to whom the notice is addressed, specifi c
information, contact person, and writer.

Make a group of four. Each group has a different task to do.
1. The fi rst group makes 5 notices for the students’ bicycle park.
2. The second group makes 5 notices for the classroom.
3. The third group makes 5 notices for the toilet.
4. The fourth group makes 5 notices for the cafeteria.
5. The fi fth group makes 5 notices for the school library.
6. The sixth group makes 5 notices for the laboratory.
7. The seventh group makes 5 notices for the school garden.
