Health Center News
We are now opening our waiting room for patients who
are vaccinated. Please let us know when you make your
appointment if you are feeling sick, we are using a sepa-
rate room for our sick patients. Currently per state guide-
lines, we are still requiring masks while in the building.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment with
Kevin Bolan. This will give us time for required paperwork
and our Nurses to do their part before Kevin sees you.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to call
24 hours in advance. You can leave a non-urgent message
on our machine if you need to cancel when the office is
closed, this will allow us to schedule patients that are on
our waiting list.
Our phone system has changed and currently when we
make outgoing calls our number is appearing as a call from
Round Lake, NY with the last 4 digits, 3700. We understand
with caller ID this can be confusing, we are working to
change this back to our regular health center number. This
does not affect the number you call to reach us; you will
still use the 518-582-2991 to call the office.
