COVID 19: We have been approved by New York State
to distribute the Vaccine when it is available. Unfortu-
nately, we do not know if or when we will receive the
vaccine to administer here. We have been checking
with NYS daily.
If you have the opportunity to receive the vaccine else-
where, please sign up. If we hear the vaccine will be
available to us or near bye, we will post this on the
Town Website and you can cancel your scheduled ap-
pointment. We will also let our patients know when
we receive the vaccine.
The state has set up vaccine sites in areas such as
Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Utica and the Albany area. To
register for the vaccine and set up an appointment you
can go to https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov, select
check eligibility and follow the steps to enter your in-
formation and register. You can also contact the NYS
COVID Hotline at 1-833-697-4829 for more infor-
mation. The Essex County Office of the Aging is availa-
ble to assist with registering for the vaccine by con-
tacting 518-873-3695. We are also available at the
Health Center to help with online registration, 518-582
-2991.
