           Position: Line Cook, Prep Cook & General Kitchen Staff








           Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Food
               prep: effective and efficient preparing of all ingredients rele-
               vant to your station as well as the success of the kitchen as a
               whole. Food safety and hygiene:  maintain organized and clean
               food station, ensuring food quality and safety standards at all
               times. Cooking with precision and speed: Cooks will be respon-
               sible for completing tasks as assigned by the chef or sous chef.
               Communication and teamwork:  ability to communicate and
               coordinate clearly and effectively with other kitchen staff,
               chef, and the front-of-house staff. Dishwashing as needed/
               required.
