Researches

May I refer to you RDET Memo No.056 with regard to the above subject. This is in
response to the observation of the Commission on Audit that ownership of Property,
Plant, and Equipment (PPE) purchased of completed externally-funded projects still
belongs to the source agencies. Please be advised to submit your request of
donation to your respective funding agency/ies through this office. Kindly enclose
your request with the following documents:
1. DOST Form 12 (List of Equipment Purchased) for all DOST-funded projects;
2. Summary of all equipment purchased for other funding agencies (follow
DOST Form 12)
3. Acknowledgement Receipt for Equipment (ARE) or Property
Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR) of all equipment purchased.
Please submit the requested documents on or before September 24, 2021.
