Transmitting herewith are the notices to proceed for approved projects for CY 2021. Also
attached are designations/appointments and deeds of undertaking of project/study leaders.
Kindly let us know should there be any information we unintentionally overlooked so we can
make necessary corrections.
Further, projects halted due to the pandemic may request extension of project duration with no
additional funding. To process request of extension, please submit progress report, revised
workplan, and revised line-item budget.
