The Village at Castle Pines. These services include water supply, sanitary sewer management, storm drainage, as well as the operation and maintenance of street improvements. Governed by the special district framework, the District adheres to the regulations outlined in Article 32 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, ensuring compliance and accountability in its operations.
District Services
The community-elected board of directors oversees the District’s operations. The five dedicated members meet on a monthly basis to ensure effective governance, typically on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Please refer to the District’s website to confirm meeting dates and times.
