             No matter your faith, tapping into your spiritual health is an excellent

             coping tool during this time.



             The following tips, although basic, can be extremely beneficial.


             •  Reaffirm or strengthen your spiritual health
             •  Have regular quiet time for meditation or reflection on the doctrine of your spiritual health

             •  Establish a prayer journal, celebrate and acknowledge blessings
             •  Be thankful, grateful, hopeful, and express it in your daily actions

             •  Take steps to resolve challenges and conflicts quickly, in loving and kind ways

             •  Share emotions honestly but kindly, not allowing toxic emotions to remain inside
             •  Maintain transparency by admitting mistakes and shortcomings

             •  Have neither pride in own abilities or accomplishments, remain humble in all that you do
             •  Forgive yourself and others totally and completely

             •  Be each other’s keeper

             •  Continue to give selflessly
             •  Follow the Titanium Rule of loving each other by treating one another in the highest and
                 deepest regard and respect
