Ingredients
Rosemary Chicken Panini
Makes 1 Serving
Fan Favorite Formula
Base: Crusty Roll
Spread: Cream Cheese Protein: Bacon
Cheese: Cheddar Cheese Flavor Blast: Pickled JalepeƱos
1 Crusty Ciabatta Roll or Other Crusty Bread, Cut In Half
1 Tablespoon Fig Jam
2 Slices Provolone Cheese
1/2 Cup Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary,
(removed from stem and nely chopped) 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, Softened
Directions
1 Preheat a panini press or a griddle on medium heat.
2 On a clean work surface lay out the bread, cut side up. Spread the g jam on
both sides of the bread.
3 On each side top with a slice of cheese.
4 Place chicken evenly on one side of the bread and sprinkle with rosemary.
5 Place the two pieces together to form a sandwich. Spread with butter on the outside of the bread.
6 Set on the panini press or on a griddle and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden brown. If using a griddle place a plate on top of the panini to weigh it down.
