Oenophiles will want to include a
          wine tour on their itinerary, and with
          a wine culture that can be traced
          back 6,000 years, Paphos has plenty
          to choose (and sip) from. Sample
          the next generation of Cypriot
          wines paired with cheese platters at
          Tsangarides Winery, a boutique family-
          owned winery in the heart of Lemona
          Village, or taste the award-winning
          shiraz at Fikardos Winery.
            There is no shortage of food options
          either, with places like Viklari The Last
          Castle, a lunch spot nestled high up
          in the mountains. Make your way up
          the cobblestone pathway lined with
          archways and pillars to reach the
          outdoor stone seating and banquet
          style tables, where you can enjoy
          traditional Greek souvla while enjoying
          breathtaking views of the ocean.
            Of course, we’d be remiss not to
          tell you about one of the island’s best

 century AD.
