As with the inclusion of the theory units diagnostic tools help address the problem of
solution generation. They allow an amelioration to the intuitive/counter-intuitive basis
of such solution generation that underpins the case method. They aid the creation of
linkages during the case method process.

facilitating the reformatting of information generated.
