Ty Warner - Other business interests




                                                                       With his newfound fortune,
                                                                       Warner branched out into
                                                                       other areas. He purchased two
                                                                       of the landmark Four Seasons
                                                                       hotels, one in New York for
                                                                       $275 million and the other in
                                                                       Santa Barbara, Calif., for
                                                                       $150 million.

               Warner entered the hotel and resort industry, and delegated “property
               management, legal, and financial affairs to others, leaving himself the time and
               space to focus on his passion for design,” court filing.











































               In March, 1999, Ty also paid $275 million for New York City's Four Seasons
               Hotel, the tallest hotel in NYC. On August 24, 2000, Ty Warner also aquired
               the San Ysidro Ranch, after the deal being in the works since May, 2000. Ty
               purchased the historic hotel resort, and its five hundred acres with views of the
